Site visits to assist you in choosing the right chemicals and products for your environment, staff training on correct use of our products, information wall charts, MSDS and more can be arranged, free of charge, to support you and your staff to get the best economic and practical use from the products we supply.

Refunds and returns

For damaged or incorrectly delivered goods notified within

24 hours, replacement and collection will be provided as fast as possible.

For notifications received after

24 hours, replacements or credits will be at Xcel Xecutives’ discretion only.
